Key Responsibilities:
– Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
– Assisting with classroom management and student supervision.
– Working with small groups or one-to-one with students to enhance learning.
– Preparing classroom materials and setting up resources.
– Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
– A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
