Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Primary & Secondary Schools in Southwark

Location: Southwark

Start Date: ASAP / September 2025

Availability: PT or FT

Salary: £480 – £550 per week

Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? We’re looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our SEN schools across Southwark, helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.

Your Role:

  • Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons by preparing materials and ensuring the classroom is ready for learning.
  • Provide personalised support to students, whether through one-on-one guidance or small group activities, to help them build confidence and achieve their potential.
  • Monitor student progress and behaviour, offering valuable feedback to teachers and contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere.
  • Support with administrative tasks, including managing attendance records, organising materials, and maintaining classroom displays.
