The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupil’s learning and development. Working closely with experienced teachers, you’ll help deliver creative, tailored lessons and provide one-to-one or small group support in a nurturing setting.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years’ experience working with children with special needs
• Strong communication and numeracy skills (assessed)
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• Confidence in supporting children with challenging behaviours

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with multisensory or differentiated learning
• Training in TEACCH, SCERTS, or similar SEN approaches
• Knowledge of motivational behaviour strategies
