Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in Brent?
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- You support the teacher in delivering lessons by preparing resources, setting up the classroom, and assisting with classroom management.
- You provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, helping them with tasks and reinforcing learning objectives.
- You monitor student progress and behavior, offering feedback to the teacher and contributing to maintaining a positive learning environment.
- You assist with administrative duties such as taking attendance, organizing materials, and managing classroom displays.
