Teaching Assistant (FT)

Are you an experienced teaching assistant with experience working 1:1 with children with Special Educational Needs?

Are you looking for a full-time role starting from February 2024?

Here at Career Teachers, we have a brilliant opportunity for YOU! Within this role, you will be supporting a child on a 1:1 basis with Autism within Year 1.

If you have experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs and require that extra 1:1 support, this could be the ideal role for you.

To be considered for this particular role you will need to: –

• Hold a valid & recognised level 3 childcare qualification
• Have recent experience supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children
• Have recent experience supporting pupils with Autism
• Be genuinely committed to enhancing the educational and personal development of the child you are supporting and the rest of the class.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain a new one
• References covering the last 2 years
