Full-time 1:1 teaching assistant required for an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ School, located within Derbyshire.

Career Teachers are seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to start September 2024 until July 2025!

You will be supporting a child who has social, emotional and attachment needs. This child requires a lot of support and encouragement with their everyday learning.

Working Hours:

You will be working 08:30-15:30, Monday-Friday.

To be considered for this particular role you will need to: –

  • Hold a valid & recognised level 3 childcare qualification
  • Have recent experience supporting Key Stage 1 children
  • Have recent experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Be genuinely committed to enhancing the educational and personal development of the child you are supporting
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain a new one
  • References covering the last 2 years
