You support teaching and learning in Sheffield secondary classrooms.
You help teachers deliver lessons.
You keep pupils focused and settled.
You help create a safe, consistent learning environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons
• Work one to one or with small groups
• Help manage behaviour
• Prepare basic learning materials
• Support classroom routines
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

✔️ Requirements

• DBS on the Update Service
• Previous experience as a Secondary Teaching Assistant
• Strong communication skills
• Calm, reliable, and organised
• Driving is preferred for travel across Sheffield schools
