We are seeking a passionate year 3 Primary School Teacher to join our dedicated team at Career Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, progress, and attainment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate pupils
