The Role:

As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to a class of enthusiastic students. You will be expected to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, plan and deliver engaging lessons, and support the holistic development of each child. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and experience in managing a diverse classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching at the primary level, preferably in Year 4.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
