The timesheet portal allows you to keep us updated on when you’re available for work, check your timesheets and easily update your details anytime you like. You will be emailed log in details for the timesheet portal, once you have registered with Career Teachers.

Your online diary will show you where you have been booked for work and the dates you are available for work. If you are unavailable due to holiday etc. you can update your own diary. If you are unable to attend a booking that has already been confirmed, you will need to call the office and speak to your consultant.
You can update your contact details. Once saved, these will automatically be updated on our internal database. You are also able to tell us what type of work you are looking for if your preferences have changed.
Keeping your CV up to date is important to demonstrate to schools your experience, knowledge and will increase your chances of being shortlisted for interviews.
Within the portal simply select ‘update CV’ and upload the latest version (please upload a word doc.). This will be automatically added to your Career Teachers database file.
Online timesheets will be automatically created at the end of each week for all the schools you have worked in.
Schools will access the portal directly on a Friday to approve your online timesheet for that week. You are able to access the portal at any time, via the link in the email alert, through the Career Teachers website.
