Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Derby
Salary: £12-£13 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
– Create a stimulating and nurturing environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development.
– Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote learning and curiosity.
– Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
– Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support to promote their individual growth and development.
– Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, following health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable but not essential.
– A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
– Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 3 desirable).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults.
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to participate in training opportunities.
