Duration: 1st October 2024 – End of Academic Year
Pay: £120 – £160 per day
Location: Sheffield
About the Role:
Career Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated supply teachers to join our team for a full-time guaranteed pay contract starting in September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of schools in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, ensuring continuity in teaching and learning during staff absences.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching across different age groups and subjects as required.
* Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
* Adapt to various school settings and effectively manage classrooms.
* Provide engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all students.
* Mark and assess students’ work, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with school staff to support students’ educational and social development.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and any incidents.
Skills and Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience in teaching across different key stages.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work in various school environments.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Proficiency in assessing and reporting on student progress.
