Career Teachers are seeking a conscientious, reliable, and hard-working Premises Manager for a fantastic primary school in Dartford, Kent! This critical role ensures the smooth operation of the school, supporting the education and well being of 210 pupils.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General maintenance and DIY tasks,
  • Compliance with health and safety standards,
  • Coordination with tradesmen and staff,
  • Grounds maintenance and security.

Essential qualities:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • Ability to communicate respectfully with pupils
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and school holidays

Applicants must be in good health and fit for physical work, including lone working and tasks at height. An enhanced DBS check and references are required as we are committed to the safety of the children we work with. Child protection training will be provided.

This is a full-time, term-time only position (37.5 hours per week).
