Pay: Weekly £450-£550

SEN School is seeking dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our passionate team supporting children and young people aged 4 to 19 years with Autism and complex learning needs.

🔹 About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to students with Autism across a range of age groups.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning plans.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Support students with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with Autism is essential.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
