Cover Supervisor – East London (Ongoing)

Career Teachers is currently recruiting for confident and proactive Cover Supervisors to work across a range of high-performing secondary schools in East London. These are full-time and part-time roles available from September 2025, providing classroom cover across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Subjects may include:
English
Maths
Science
Humanities
Creative Arts
General Cover

Specification

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to deliver pre-set work and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adaptable, reliable, and confident in supervising whole classes
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
• Must be UK-based and eligible to work in the UK

You will be responsible for supervising lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
