Design Technology Teacher – Secondary School

Are you a dynamic and inspirational educator? We are currently recruiting a passionate Design Technology Teacher to join a supportive and thriving department in a forward-thinking secondary school in East Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned DT lessons across key stages

• Inspire and motivate students through interactive and engaging learning experiences

• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback for academic growth

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

• Proven experience teaching Design Technology in secondary schools

• Strong subject knowledge across Product Design, Resistant Materials, and Construction

• Excellent classroom management and organisation skills

• A passion for fostering creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills
