Key Responsibilities

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and pupil learning
• Providing 1:1 or small group support for children needing extra help
• Helping manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
• Supporting children’s social and emotional development
• Supervising during playtime and non-lesson periods

What You’ll Need

• Experience in a nursery, early years, or childcare setting
• A genuine passion for helping children grow and learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A relevant childcare or early years qualification (desirable but not essential)
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
