⭐ What We’re Looking For

We are seeking Early Years Practitioners (Level 3 or above) who hold at least one of the following essential qualifications:

• Early Years Practitioner Qualification (or equivalent)
• Degree in Childhood Studies / Early Childhood (Level 6)
• EY Teacher Status
• QTS with Early Years focus
• EY Professional Status
• EY Practitioner Status

These qualifications are vital for this role due to the higher‑ratio responsibilities within nursery environments.

✔️ Essential Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• One of the EY‑specific qualifications listed above
• Engaging, child‑centred approach
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one
• Ability to adapt to different nursery environments with confidence and warmth
