Pay: £93-£110 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term (Monday-Friday, term-time only)

We are currently recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of Primary, Secondary, and Specialist SEN schools throughout London. These long-term roles offer excellent training, structured support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting young people with additional needs.

Available Roles

  • 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
    Provide tailored, individual support to pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, or learning difficulties
  • SEN Teaching Assistant (Class-Based)
    Support groups of pupils within Primary, Secondary, or specialist SEN schools
  • Learning Support & Behaviour Assistant
    Work closely with teachers to promote engagement, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour strategies
  • Speech & Language Support Assistant
    Help pupils develop communication and social skills (full training provided)

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Recent graduates or final-year students (Education, Psychology, Health & Social Care, or related fields)
✔ Passion for supporting children or young people with special educational needs
✔ Degree predicted or achieved (1st or 2:1 preferred, but not essential)
✔ GCSEs (A-C / 4-9) in English and Maths
✔ Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to making a difference
✔ Previous experience working with young people (school placements, care, tutoring, or volunteering) is highly desirable
✔ Available full-time from September 2026
