Are you a passionate and engaging History Teacher looking for a new role from September?

We are supporting a well‑established secondary schools in East London seeking a dynamic teacher to join their Humanities team and deliver high‑quality History teaching across KS3-KS5.

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner who can inspire students, bring History to life, and contribute to a collaborative department that supports both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The Role

  • Teach History across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
  • Assess, track and support student progress
  • Work closely with the Humanities team to raise achievement
  • Inspire students to develop curiosity, critical thinking and a love for History

  • QTS (or QTS pending for ECTs)
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for History
