Career Teachers are looking for an immediately available lunchtime supervisor (SMSAs) for a special needs school based in the Hillingdon borough.

Position: Lunchtime Supervisor
Location: Hillingdon
Pay: GBP 14 – 15 per hour
Hours: Vary between 2-4 hours per day – Monday to Friday basis
Duration: Ongoing
Ages: 4-19 years old

Lunchtime supervisors support in a variety of areas inside and outside. For example, in classes during lunch assisting children with play, supervision, feeding, ensuring meals are accurate to pupil’s dietary needs, personal care and more.

With children having a diagnosis of severe special educational needs SMSAs will need to be open to supporting children with feeding and personal care.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is confident in being punctual and committed to supporting children and young people aged 4-19 years with special educational needs.

This role would suit someone from a discipline or authoritative background. The successful candidate will be a friendly and confident individual with good listening and communication skills.
