Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all children
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and nursery staff
• Support the emotional, social, and physical development of children through play and structured learning

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (desirable)
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A warm, caring, and proactive approach to working with young children
