Daily and long-term placements, full-time and part-time

Career Teachers is recruiting talented and qualified Teachers to work in a range of Primary Schools in the Wakefield Education Authority. Successful applicants can work on a full-time or part-time basis.

Career Teachers support a range of schools including Independent, SEN and Faith Schools.

We are currently urgently recruiting cover teachers for a number of schools in the WF postcodes. Experienced teachers looking for flexibility and ECTs are encouraged to apply.

You will be supporting in different classes covering PPA and absence across different schools. Work will be planned, but marking will be expected.

The successful candidate must:

• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner, in terms of challenging gifted pupils, supporting special needs and creatively organising the learning environment
• Have high expectations and a commitment to raising standards and achievements.
• Have recent teaching experience in Key Stages 1 and/or 2.
• Have a secure knowledge and understanding of the primary framework and pedagogy.
