Salary: MPS/UPS – Inner/Outer London – potential TLRs available (£50,000-£72,000)

The Role

  • Lead and manage your department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
  • Develop and deliver an engaging, ambitious curriculum
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment
  • Support and mentor teaching staff within your department
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement and leadership initiatives

We’re Looking For

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Strong subject specialism (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, etc.)
✔ Proven track record of strong classroom practice
✔ Experience supporting colleagues or informal leadership responsibilities
✔ Passion for raising achievement and inspiring young people
✔ Ambition to progress into or further develop within leadership
