The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across the primary age range
- Support children with Autism, complex needs, and behavioural challenges
- Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Help create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment
