  • Identifying and assessing students with additional needs.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing individual support plans.
  • Coordinating referrals and liaising with external professionals and local authorities.
  • Supporting teachers and support staff in delivering effective inclusive practice.
  • Monitoring the progress and wellbeing of students with SEND.

  • Has a strong understanding of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Has experience supporting vulnerable learners, including those with SEMH needs.
  • Is passionate about restorative, trauma-informed, and holistic approaches to education.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Is committed to improving outcomes for young people who have experienced barriers to education.

What We Offer

  • A supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • The opportunity to play a key role in shaping SEND provision.
  • A school ethos centred on wellbeing, inclusion, and personal growth.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
