As a SEND Teacher, you will support and inspire pupils with a variety of additional needs, helping them to achieve both academically and personally.

You may be working with students with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
• Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Complex and Medical Needs

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with SEND learners
• A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for inclusive education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
