💰 £450-£550 per week
⏰ 08:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday

Primary School, a vibrant and highly regarded school in East London, is seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team from September.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Work closely with children with ASD, MLD, and other SEND needs
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence, and personal development

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with SEN, particularly ASD and/or MLD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and adapt to individual pupil needs
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
