The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, MLD, and related needs
- Work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups
- Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in every child
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD and/or MLD
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
