  • Support the pupil’s academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Implement behaviour support strategies consistently and positively.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
  • Have experience managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour.
  • Be calm, patient, resilient, and able to build positive relationships.
  • Understand the importance of consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement.
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
  • An interest in football or sports would be advantageous but is not essential.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily pay of £95-£103.
  • A supportive and welcoming school environment.
  • Ongoing guidance and support from experienced staff.
  • The opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child’s education and wellbeing.
