As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping to create a nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with classroom activities, preparation, and learning materials
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils who require additional help
  • Helping to manage behaviour and support emotional well-being
  • Supervising children during breaks and lunchtimes
  • Assisting with assessments and providing feedback to teachers

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a primary school or similar setting
  • Strong communication skills with both children and adults
  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with children
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
