Pay Scale: £90 – £100 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Career Teachers is working with a vibrant and inclusive Nursery School in Wakefield, seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistants to join their team on a part-time, flexible basis.

About the Role:
As a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across various year groups to support pupils in their learning, social development, and classroom engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic school environment while enjoying the flexibility of casual work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support children with additional needs where required
• Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of pupils

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
• A Level 3 qualification is essential
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate is desirable
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
