Values and Ethics Teacher Location: Kent (East)

Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-Time

Career Teachers are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Values and Ethics Teacher to join a value’s-led client school. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead on personal development, ethical leadership, and positive citizenship, with a focus on promoting ethical decision making through the school curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering engaging lessons that embed key values such as empathy, resilience, and respect

• Collaborating with staff across departments to promote whole-school character initiatives

• Supporting student’s personal development through reflection, discussion, and enrichment activities

• PSHE sessions, or cross-curricular projects aligned with the school’s ethos

Requirements

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Has a deep understanding of Values and Ethics, PSHE, or values-based learning

• Has taught Values and Ethics

• Is passionate about nurturing student potential, academically and personally

• Is committed to ongoing professional development and whole-school impact
