Plan and deliver engaging lessons that embed core values such as empathy, resilience, and respect
Collaborate with colleagues to drive whole-school character and citizenship initiatives
Support students’ personal development through reflection, discussion, and enrichment activities
Lead PSHE sessions and contribute to cross-curricular projects aligned with the school’s ethos
Promote ethical decision-making and values-based learning across all year groups
Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Has experience teaching Values and Ethics, PSHE, or character education
Brings a deep understanding of values-led learning and its impact on student growth
Passionate about developing students both academically and personally
