Career Teachers are seeking enthusiastic Year 1 Teachers to join their KS1 team from November 2025.
This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys working in KS1 and is passionate about developing literacy and numeracy foundations for young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching a Year 1 class full/part-time
- Delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Supporting early reading and phonics development
- Working collaboratively with the KS1 team to raise standards
- Building positive relationships with pupils and parents
Candidate requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT with KS1 placement experience
- Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and phonics
- Enthusiastic, creative and adaptable
