Learning Support Assistants

Location: Primary Schools across Southwark, South London

Start Date: Immediate or flexible

At Career Teachers we are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team of educators across schools in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans.
  • Assist in classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges, helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working in a school setting in the UK
  • A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
